For one-time debit card transactions and ATM withdrawals, banks and credit unions cannot charge you an overdraft fee unless you opt in, they break the law on this issue. we did not opt in and they over drafted our accountthey deleted our savings account,multiple deposits are not credited to our accountgetting help logging on to online bankingno helpif they refer you to their 1 800 number dont waste hours of your life just find a new bank!

Pulled up to the drive thru to do some other business and withdraw money. There was a truck ahead of me. When he pulled away I pulled up. Sat there waiting for almost 15 minutes for help while the other lane was being helped. After waiting that long, I drove around and used the ATM. I will do the other stuff at the location I usually use.

Just wondering...if I left my debit card accidentally, in the ATM machine, will it be sucked back in after a certain period of time,to be recovered? Happened to me today!...by the time I realized that i forgot it, I immediately went back to get it but it was gone. Ugh!
