First off there communication skills between the shop and the front desk and the front desk to the customer is bad. Not only that they only have one mechanic working on several cars looks to be about 70 with a limp took them a week to do a 3 hour job.....plus they overcharge I'm never going back...

They replaced the motor in my Mazda MX. Didn't take too long and they did a wonderful job. The owner is very nice and will answer any questions you might have. They can do warranty work also.

My vehicle has been there for months! The mechanic was caught in several lies. We call weekly to check on it and the phone just rings. Sometime you can leave a message but most of the time you can’t. When my husband went to check on it their was grass growing up around the tires!! So everything he had been saying he has did to it he didn’t!

You worked on my Explorer several years back and did not burp the engine so the next day when I drove up the mountain the vehicle overheated and blew the head gasket. They denied any responsibility and refused to repair it.

I really appreciate how much they care about their customers. They have worked on my car twice and both times they fixed it the first time and did not go over the estimate. A good mechanic is hard to find but they are definitely the diamond in the rough.

I limped my overheating vehicle into their parking lot. I'm from out of state and was stranded. After speaking with Craig for a few moments, he pulled my van in and started working on it. Even though he had a garage full of cars already. He replaced some parts and they even drove to pick up parts themselves in order to save me time waiting on a delivery truck. Craig and the rest of Auto Tech are the definition of great service. Highly recommend to anyone. Good service in the automotive industry is hard to find. Rosco the dog will also keep you entertained while you wait!
