I’ve grown to depend on this Valvoline store over the past year or so. They are ALWAYS polite and helpful. They work quickly together as a team and when they suggest what might need to be done beyond the oil change it’s done without being pushy.
Jimmy was the leader today and he’s an exceptional young man with a quick smile!

They had fast and friendly service. They let me know exactly what my car needed and how much it would cost.It was a miserable windy& rainy day but both staff members Chris and Jimmy had a smile even going in the rain to wave me out.Great service and crew.

Pleasant experience as usual. This isn't the first oil change and won't be the last the Valvaline in Scottsboro. Staff is always friendly, informative, and efficient. They always take just the right amount of time to be thorough with the vehicles. They send you away with "have a great day" and smiles.

Jerred and Jimmy are AWESOME! They’re very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and express great Customer Service. They walked me through everything they were doing and made sure I understood what was going on. No gimmicks!

They are always well-mannered and very nice. They check everything to let you know what works and what needs fixing or replacing.
I will recommend this place to anyone. A better place to get the oil changed and small things to have done to your car are a plus in my opinion.
