I could not get the BlueTooth to work on my 2016 Avalon Limited. I had purchased the car while living in a different county. I talked to Carol at High Country Toyota. She said, “Come on down, I will have it working in 2 minutes.” I thought , right?. She described some characteristics in order for me to recognize her when I arrived at High Country Toyota Service department. Well , she was energetic, kind, \\u0026 friendly. Yes she had the Blue Tooth working in two minutes at no charge. Good Job, Carol.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Beware. My fiancé bought a truck here, his contract stated it was inspected properly and would be under manufacturer warranty. There was an issue with the exhaust about 2 weeks later. We took it to our local Toyota dealership and the warranty was invalid because he was sold a truck with an after market exhaust. He called for weeks and they continued to put him off and still do. Not only did they sale a truck with a faulty exhaust, they made no effort to fix the mistake and breached their contract.

Went to look at a vehicle and it took them over 30 mins to find the keys, then when we went out to car it had a huge dent. Not very honest with vehicles on their website. Drove over 2 hours to go there. Was a joke

I found my dream vehicle at High Country Toyota. We went to look at it, met Brittney, the sales person, test drove it and took it home for the weekend test drive. Now between the lines is where the review comes from. I talked to Brittney on the phone, she's got the best southern accent, the best. I thought just another car lot blah blah but I was so very wrong. She was really genuine. I enjoyed her time and humor. She wasn't pushy and ensured we liked my truck. Her co workers and Sales Manager were all fun and kind. I love High Country Toyota. By the way, buy a car and they'll pick it up, leave you a loaner and change your oil for you. Yes it costs to change your oil but door to door service? Heck yeah. Go see Brittney, you'll thank me.

In January, they came and picked up my 2021 Sienna for scheduled maintenance and moved the drivers seat back without moving the rear passenger seat back and causing damage to the rear facing car seat-the driver at the time is about a foot taller than me. They had my car for over 12 hours and there were multiple marks all over the leather from pushing the car seat back from moving the seat so far back. I reached out to Larry, the now retired manager, and we agreed for everything to be handled at my next service. I have pictures to prove as well. In April, they took possession of the car seat and said they would write a check but still have not done so and now no longer responding. They blatantly disrespect homeowners and their property. They also don't take FULL responsibility of their damages and driving over water lines while the homeowner is yelling for them not to, at first they took NO responsibility, even when calling a tow truck to get them out. The driver did say he was just trying to turn around and shortly after rolled up his window.Grass was just starting to grow too! This is the 'courtesy pick up'. When they originally picked up my car, I informed them it had 71 miles to empty and offered to meet them at a gas station, they declined and said no big deal, happens all of the time, we can get payment over the phone. They returned my MINI VAN that I transport my children in, with 6 miles to empty and the closest gas station is 4 miles away. The driver that did all of the damage has been here before for maintenance pick ups. I also don't recommend Libby or her giving advice on car seats. Dave is the driver and Jeff Wood said they aren't responsible for anything. Dwayne did acknowledge some responsibility, but they need to take full responsibility in my opinion. Waiting for the water bill this month to see if there is any under ground damage from them.vm.tiktok.com/ZTd4jfEHo

ZERO STARS. I do NOT recommend ANYONE bring their vehicle to be worked on / serviced at High Country Toyota. This company LIED about replacing my brake pads when they actually replaced ZERO parts, yet billed out and charged me $150!! (And admitted it with little remorse). I have a mechanic that I typically use, but I was unable to have him look at my vehicle so I brought it to High Country. My mechanic uses different parts than the Toyota dealership, so he knows brand of brake pads that were last put on my car. (Not Toyota brand which is the only brand the dealership uses- as stated by the dealership themselves)In the summer I brought my Toyota 4Runner in due to squeaking breaks. I asked the woman at the front desk to let me know before ANYTHING was done to my vehicle. I had waited a while and went to check on an update. They had already "replaced" the pads without informing me. The woman at the front desk said she talked with my fiancé on the phone and he said to replace them. At this point I'm annoyed because I did ask her to let ME know in person. It was too late so I said okay. Paid the $150 and went on with my day. Fast forward a few months...my brakes were already squeaking again. Impossible, I JUST had the pads replaced. I took my vehicle to my normal mechanic, and he informed me my brake pads were the original ones he put on, and that the dealership did not touch my car. They more than likely blew dust out to get rid of the noise being made. After confronting the dealership, they admitted to the issue with ZERO remorse (impossible not to own up to this with the actual hard evidence we had). They first tried to say the part number was wrong and the opposite pads were replaced, but my mechanic checked them ALL and ZERO were touched. The dealership claims that the mechanic no longer works there. I do not believe A WORD this dealership says. They handled the situation with a TERRIBLE attitude as if WE did something wrong. We DID get a refund, unfortunately that doesn't make up for the disgust of me thinking (at 9 months pregnant, and then with a NEWBORN) driving around that I had NEW brake pads, when I'm fact they had not done a single thing. Completely DISGUSTING. I know my little review is just a drop in the bucket for this large company, but I hope it saves at least ONE family the same issue. Picture: A new set of pads vs the set of pads that were supposedly replaced 2 months before.
