Would not answer the phone when I called from my out of state mobile phone. Switched to business phone (local number) and store answered right away. I did not have this issue with other SW locations on N Alabama. I will avoid using this store and will give my business to a different SW location.

Great store. Staff very helpful. I would visit this location again for my materials. I have come to expect out of this world service from Sherwin Williams. My home store and sales representative are outstanding setting the bar high. These guys here were a close 2nd. Thanks Scottsboro!

Brooke is spot on. She had a great business attitude, and she knows exactly how to mix it to match. It's no seeing the friendly face, and being knowledgeable is key. The lady that helped us at this store was great.. I believe her name is Morgan.. We were not sure of the type of paint to use for a remodeling job.. she was very patient and walked us thru the different kind of paint. She seemed very knowledgeable about the Sherman Williams products. A++
