While I was filling my car with gas, the owner of this establishment came out to scream at my wife for walking our dog on the edge of the property in a language neither of us could understand. Unprofessional, and absolutely ridiculous

I just pulled in and the owner was filling his car with gasoline. I approached the door to find a sign that says.... Will be back at 1:30pm. It's 11:00 am....?He just left?
