LOVE THIS PLACE, Publix is the best for everything. Ordered the heat and serve turkey dinner for Thanksgiving, and it was AWSOME. Employees are super sweet. I live in Illinois so it's a treat every time I come down. But I was a loyal shoppers when I lived in Florida. Send some more Publix up north, we need good food and good service. Love the deli and bakery.

Whatever you do, don’t buy the meat. This is the second time I have bought some meat and cooked it the same day. It smells rancid. I am so annoyed. I had a whole pot roast I had to give to the dogs, this time it’s the chicken. Guess I can’t buy meat anymore from Publix.

Great store and employee are so helpful!Came in yesterday to pick up lunch meat and snacks for the week. Got myself a little turned around and had to ask for help locating some things off my list. The girls name was Silverly, and tho she was very busy at the time, she took time out and helped me locate my items. I hope Publix management recognizes and appreciates their hard-working staff.

This store was great and we were very excited to have a Publix closer to us but I’ve noticed a steady decline at this location. I walked up to the hot case to order some fried rice in the deli and the flies were just camped out on the food. It was so bad I didn’t buy any food from the deli that day. They don’t have lids on pots or doors on the cases to keep the flies out. I would not be surprised if someone found a dead fly in their food from here. Also, a couple platters that were ordered in advance have been wrong now. They did make them right the same day and offered the platter for free so the customer service is always great at Publix but have been very disappointed in the deli lately.

Gotta start by admitting I am picky, but always reasonable. We all know customer service isn't what it used to be. Thankfully, Publix in Scottsboro never got that memo! So I eat here 3-4 days a week, for several reasons:1. The entire team in the Deli department absolutely shine! I personally do not know any of them, just stating the facts.2. The value is there and prices are reasonable, despite inflation affecting almost everything!3. The food is intentionally kept fresh and that's the key. Nobody wants to pay for stale heat-lamp preserved food no matter how affordable. In the rare instances you find that due to the staff being slammed, they quickly acknowledge it and offer to cook whatever you need, FRESH!4. The staff never roll their eyes or treat you as if you're being difficult with your requests. They understand you're spending YOUR money and could eat anywhere.5. Their upbeat attitude can't be faked. We all have things going on in our personal lives but this store keeps it pro and you'd never know it!Summary: It's nice to be catered to affordably, while maintaining strict quality standards!I haven't learned everyone's name yet but can guarantee they'll be happy to see/ serve you here. But don't take my word, go see for yourself!

I was tasked with getting lunch brought to our company office for 10 executive visitors with only 2 hours to figure it out. I was stressing! I called Publix deli hoping maybe for a miracle with sandwiches but they fixed me up even better with a beautiful hot lunch of chicken tenders, Gouda Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. It was on time, hot and the entire lunch was complimented!!! Jonathan took my order and made recommendations and the entire process was friendly and helpful and super convenient. The absolute BEST CUSTOMER service I have ever had in my entire professional life. Thank you for helping me to put something nice together so quickly!!!!!!

This is the 3rd meal kit I've bought from their deli that has ended in the trash. So bad I cooked the whole thing, took a bite, and threw it away. And it was because I didn't like the seasoning, it was because the chicken was grey and riddled with cartilage and "gristle". $24.99 right in the trash can 3 times in a row. DO NOT buy their pre-prepared meals. And on a closing note, for how expensive Publix is compared to most other grocery stores, they can afford to have more than one lane where I don't have to ring myself up.

If you haven't tried their deli, subs, you are missing out. Please go by and have a sub you won't be disappointed. First time I ate one I loved it and I will be going back again. I really think it's the best sub I've had in a while.

We were traveling and stopped by Publix for sandwiches. OMG, the sandwiches were so good! The deli people put so much love into it. I said, everytime we travel through, we will stop for a sandwich from the deli. The cashier were so friendly. Just says a lot for this store - excellent. Five star!

This location is very nice. Opening in the last year, everything is clean and bright. Publix stores are very pleasant to shop. They are staffed with polite and helpful employees. The product selection is good, and product quality is good as well. The fact is, Publix prices on many items are shockingly high. For example, a popular brand of pizza is 30% higher than another local grocery store chain. The beef tenderloin is also 30% more expensive per pound than the other chain. Heavy whipping cream is 40% higher than another national chain. Deli meat prices are 30% to 40% higher than others. I was overwhelmed by the price of $48.99 per pound for fresh salmon and $40.99 per pound for fresh snapper. I can not imagine why they would ask any customer to pay more for these fish than we pay for live Maine Lobster. The Publix Super Market at Scottsboro is a beautiful facility with good selections. But the facility does not warrant the prices. Once the groceries are in your home, they are the same as those from the other chain, but 30% to 40% more expensive.

I only used the drive through at the Publix pharmacy. I didn't not have to go inside the store. I changed from Walmart to Publix, one reason is that Publix has a drive through. Also the people working in the pharmacy are very nice, friendly, helpful and I don't have to wait long. I LOVE IT..

Absolutely love this store. They carry so many vegan and dairy-free products that I used to drive out of town for. Everything I have tried from the bakery (bread, cakes, pastries, pizza dough) have all been delicious. They are pricey on some things, but they have great weekly sales and bogos. Every staff member I have encountered has been so sweet and helpful.
