Terrible. Got an overpriced heating lamp for our pet snake, 1 week later it stopped working, I went back to the store and the guy who sold it to us would not work with us to make it right. Accused us of trying to scam them. Go anywhere but here. I'd give 0 stars if possible

Took our 5mo poodle for his first groom and they done excellent! He is very nervous around new people but they took their time to win him over and took very good care of him and very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be going back

I made the switch to this store two months ago to utilize their grooming services. A friend recommended me and its been the best service I've ever received across the board. Their groomers Kandace and Tommy are true professionals and are excellent with my pooch pals . I've had bad experiences in the past at other companies, so I am extremely grateful for their expertise, so much in fact I never "forget" to bring cash for a tip lol. Keep up the great work yall , see you next month!!

They have more cat food and supplies than other pet stores. We get the food for our diabetic cat here.

I visit Pet Sense monthly to stock up on pe4t food. While the staff is usually always courteous, I wanted to mention Lucas in particular. I wish every young person working today would take some cues from Lucas. He's friendly, personable, helpful, and he seems interested in what he's doing. Great job Lucas! Keep up the good work and you'll climb the ladder quickly, wherever you may work!
