I came into the store a few weeks ago and the sales person Joy (which I made sure to ask her name) was an absolute blessing to us while trying to purchase items for our new puppy. She took her time helping us with dog food, toys and telling us about grooming services they have at the store. She loved up on our puppy, gave us some tips as she is a dog owner as well. If your looking for some one on one help in your purchasing of pet supplies…go see her!!! Thank you Joy and we’re definitely coming back for all our doggy supplies.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff always willing to help. Only pet store in scottsboro you can actually purchase different varieties of pets besides fish.

Can never get anyone to answer the phone. I have tried to make a grooming appointment for a couple days now. Can not even get the store to answer. Not great business practice!!

If I could give no stars I would. Try to purchase something at this store. Stood at the cash register waiting to pay. Employee walked by me several times. Me and other customers walked out. I suggest going somewhere else.

I went on the website to schedule an appointment for my two dogs for a grooming. It showed the appointments that were available on the website, so I chose the ones that I wanted. When I got there for our appointments, there was no one there to groom them and the employees informed me that they had to approve the appointments, before I would have them. The website didn’t say that. About 10 minutes after I left, they declined my appointments, I won’t be back.

I have been going to this store at least once a week since it opened. I went there yesterday looking for dog food for my puppy. When I got there, I noticed most of the shelves where the dog food is was bare. I went to ask the manager, Riley if she had any in stock. She said there were pallets of food in the back, and it's probably there. She hasn't had time to put it out. (She and the other worker were just walking around the store). I said " then I will have to go to the other pet store. Her response was "okay"! Instead of saying " let me see if I can find some in the back for you". I will never go back there again.

These guys had items on sale but when they didn't ring up correctly they would not let you have the sale price. That's just really poor business practices, imo.

Went in the store to buy dubia roaches and the roaches were all dead.. well the manager I'm assuming deciding to insult me talking to the other employee with me standing right there. Her exact words were "I wish people would come in here and know what they are talking about".. I been dealing with Dubia roaches for a long time. I know a dead bug when I see them. Will definitely not be back into this store in scottsboro. I turned around and left and went straight to the fort payne location where I know I'm respected and treated like an actual person. Please correct your staff cause this is unacceptable.. point blank period !!!!

Ashlyn was amazing! Very knowledgeable about products. Because of her and her caring attitude towards customers we bought several additional items, signed up for the customer rewards program and will definitely return to the store for more awesome customer experiences. Way to go Ashlyn!

This place bought out Pet Depot and jacked the prices up outrageously. The kibble I used to buy is now almost $20 more and it's not just that brand it's every brand. This is the most expensive place in scottsboro seems like.

I go here over fort Payne. The manager here is always kind always uplifting. There was a young man working today named will and I want to brag on him. I hope this manager at this location and will stay at that location. Most sweetest ppl. Scottsboro is the best one. Thanks again guys -crazy guppy girl
