I have been going to this store at least once a week since it opened. I went there yesterday looking for dog food for my puppy. When I got there, I noticed most of the shelves where the dog food is was bare. I went to ask the manager, Riley if she had any in stock. She said there were pallets of food in the back, and it's probably there. She hasn't had time to put it out. (She and the other worker were just walking around the store). I said " then I will have to go to the other pet store. Her response was "okay"! Instead of saying " let me see if I can find some in the back for you". I will never go back there again.

They have healthy crickets for my tarantulas needs, and a good amount of supplies. They’re on the expensive side, but unless you can travel to Chattanooga or somewhere farther, you pay for convenience. I wouldn’t buy fish from here as the tanks share the same filter, and fish don’t seem to be healthy. Tarantulas are extremely overpriced. I only recommend getting pet supplies.

I go here over fort Payne. The manager here is always kind always uplifting. There was a young man working today named will and I want to brag on him. I hope this manager at this location and will stay at that location. Most sweetest ppl. Scottsboro is the best one. Thanks again guys -crazy guppy girl

Pet Depot is now owned by Pet Supplies Plus, all staff that worked at this location before the transition has stayed the same, I recommend this location over the competition in the area.

Went there saturaday. Got what we were looking for no problem. Staff is super. So nice & prompt. Love it. Plus they have a public restroom. Amazing. Will definitely go back. 10 out of 10 experience. Ty.
