My husband had an absolutely AMAZING experience here. The staff is superb and the equipment is top notch (open MRI tube), so all of his issues with previous MRIs were completely solved. HIGHLY Recommend this business to anyone, especially anyone who might struggle with claustrophobic.

I'm severely claustrophobic and this place was great they gave me ear plugs and headphones to listen to music during my mri staff was great I definitely would refer people who are claustrophobic to go here

This is by far the worst experience. Made the appointment for 10:15 am, and had to wait over an hour to get an MRI.

I have struggled for a long time with claustrophobia. The ladies were so helpful and considerent in helping me to be at ease! The one that did my scan was in no hurry to get me in there to do the test. She let me lay on the table and do a test run before actually starting. That was very helpful to let me see how I was going to feel while in there. She found me some bluegrass to listen to and that was a great distraction because I love bluegrass music! I would highly recommend open MRI in Scottsboro to everyone, especially those who struggle with claustrophobia! 1/7/21

I am severely cholostrophobic and this machine was very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I recommend this place for your MRI needs.

The best experience I have had while having an MRI. The staff are amazing, very friendly and courteous, helpful in every way and make sure you are comfortable in every aspect of whats going on, from time you arrive till time you leave. I am very nervous during MRI and very claustrophobic, but they made me so comfortable, constantly checking on me. Without a doubt only place I will use again to have an MRI done!!! My tech, Erica was so pleasant, comforting, and considerate. Constantly making sure I was ok and comfortable. Wonderful person to have!! Thank you all for your generous treatment!!
