I have had nothing but the best service with Harbin. They take care of the widows and the homeless. I'm in the first category. Thank you Harbin for what you do-keeping my car in good condition.

My wife and I had two vehicles serviced the same day recently and am certainly very pleased with the professionalism of the entire team. Our exposure was with at least a half dozen of their team members, which were all customer focused and service driven. We even discussed new suv changes for the upcoming model year with a couple sales professionals, as my wife is looking to buy a new vehicle within the next few months. Overall, we both noticed the "Buzz" that displayed watching various team members interacting with customers and each other to help customers. I give Team Harbin FIVE BIG STARS! Went in yesterday and test drove an F150. Really liked it. Truck was priced way above Kelley Blue Book. Would not budge on price And said it was actually under priced and they were going to raise it tomorrow. They then tried to strong arm me into getting the truck on their terms even stating we have three test drives scheduled for tomorrow (which they didn't because I was the only one scheduled for tomorrow and came in early because I had time). After all this I asked to take a night to run the numbers and come back in the morning. They initially said yes and then changed their mind and said "I am not trying to strong arm you but if you walk out the door the price changes." They made the decision for me. Will never go back and never recommend them!

Easy hassle-free experience. Daniel and Rhett were very courteous and never tried to pressure me. I showed up close to closing but they happily let me test drive 2 different trucks and never once did they make feel unwelcome. They prepared all the paperwork while my wife and I went and ate supper. When we came back we just signed drove away!
