I got a car from them on august 5th and after a weeks or two I notice the breaks scrapping when I use them I called and reported the problem and was told there was nothing they can do about it because it’s a maintenance issue. I feel it’s unfair to me to have to come out of pocket for some breaks I didn’t destroy. But they claim the car is under warranty for a few months after the purchase. It really doesn’t make any sense to me that y’all can sell a car with bad breaks and don’t offer to fix them. Unlike me please make sure you check and make sure everything on your vehicle is fine before pulling off cause you might just get stuck with the problem with no help from them

Went to see these folks after they assured me that they could get me to the price andPayment I had to have. I have never seen soMany liars salesmen was good but the management is a joke. Had me drive over an hour after being told I was going to get my deal. People I would not spend aDime at this circus because it’s a bunch of clowns. Liars from top to bottom. Does anyone think I would have drove that far if I hadn’t been promised a good deal on a truck. I think not. Look elsewhere!!! I want to thank the owner I guess for contacting me. But he asked me to call Shannon which I did. After sitting on hold forLonger than I normally do I hung up. Very nice lady called me back and left a message saying I would receive a callback which I did. But it was not Shannon . I think he said he was the sales manager. This was not who I was told to talk with so hereWe go again. It’s like dealing with kindergarteners. So sir why don’t you call me and tell me how you can fix this because apparently your employees don’t seem to do what’s you ask them to do sir. We’ll never heard a word from Shannon and never got a call from the owner. So it seems that the clowns here apparently don’t care if a potential customer is not happy with the circus here and so folks please think about it before you step on this dealerships lot. Just drive down the road a little further and maybe you can find a decent dealership. I PROMISE YOU THIS PLACE IS NOT THE ONE…. Ok folks you can see where I asked the person that responded to my reviews to call me if he thought he could fix this well no call or anything. You can see his reply is only on here so it will look good forYou folks reading this review. He has no intention of doing anything. This is what car are now it’s pathetic.

Service Manager could not answer questions and would not communicate with us. They also tried to charge us for work that the customer service program was covering. They do not care about customer satisfaction. We will never own another Ford due to our experience with Harbin Motor Company. Its sad since our parents and ourselves have done business with the Harbin Family. They need to get back torunning this company and see about their customers instead of letting their employees run the company in the ground.

Great experience as I purchased my Harbin vehicle online. Harbin (Anthony-Used Cars) was a fantastic partner throughout the process, addressing all questions and setting up logistics to accommodate my travel (from St. Louis) to the dealership. When I arrived, the vehicle was as described and paperwork was in order. All in all, a great process and purchase.

I cannot give enough praise where praise is due. We will never been seeking another dealership after working with the team we had here at Harbin’s Ford. I had the privilege of working with Anthony and his team on a RAV4 they had listed on their website. He sent me photos as soon as it arrived on the lot and was so easy to communicate with. We drove from the Montgomery area to purchase this vehicle and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. They were so welcoming of us and made the whole process quick and easy. Jay was awesome to work with on the finance side of it all! I brought my mom along because she’s in the market for a new vehicle and has already said that she will absolutely be giving her business to Harbin’s Ford. Thank you for helping me get my dream car!

My experience is with the used vehicle department. Everything went smooth until the vehicular we traded in the key fob had my husbands post office box key on it. We called and nobody new anything about where that key went. We called the very next morning. We were the last customers of the day when we left the night before. In place of our post office key they had a blue plastic devise hanging there. My thought is that whomever put that blue plastic on the key fob was the person that removed the post office key but nobody wants to admit that they have the key. I’m not impressed with the employees.

Don't go here. Been here 3 times and terrible experiences everytime. First time I came here was thinking about trading in a car, the guy "helping" us was had a terrible attitude and they offered a terrible price. 2nd was for and oil change(it was a walk in) it took 3 and a half hours. The 3rd time it was an appointment for a oil change and it took 3 hours and my wife asked them to wash the car, we paid for it(pil change $85 and car wash is $10) she gets out there and they didn't wash the car. Went back in for the $10 and after she left she realized they didn't even give a sticker for the next oil change. Will not be back

100% the fastest car buying experience we’ve ever had! Saturday my wife was on the way to a baseball tournament, our niece looked on the website and they had an Expedition Max. She called and the sales manager called her back in 5 minutes. We have been looking for months. She went in between games for 30 minutes to the dealership. Nick worked his magic and found another one that was exactly what she wanted on Monday. We picked it up and it took longer for us to switch over our stuff than it did to purchase the car. They were so nice and so helpful! It was a refreshing car buying experience! Highly recommend Harbin Ford in Scottsboro!

I traded in my car for a 2014 ford raptor they had on the lot. I live 5 and a half hours one way so at first I was worried about the whole deal. But the more they got in contact with me the better I felt about making the drive. They took great care of everything and gave me a lot of information about trading in my car that I didn’t know about. Great place to go to and definitely will not forget them.

Lee Bradford was amazing to us. My father in law is a honorably discharged veteran who bought a car from him and the transmission locked up on him. We brought it back and he said he would fix it free of charge very respectful and helpful. Thanks lee Bradford we will come back in the future for another ride.

My husband and I drove to Scottsboro Harbin from Rainsville because of the quality of care we have received in the past.We had the pleasure of being paired with Jason White. Let me tell you something...Jason went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us by showing and allowing us to test drive several of your used car inventory. While a sale/purchase did not take place, we were blown away by his patience and understanding of our situation. David and I have both worked in retail and we know what it takes to provide excellent customer service. In addition, David misplaced his driver's license. I sent a message to Jason, and he searched all the cars we test-drove and found it! Thank you, Jason, for being such a blessing to do business with.We will be back! ♥

Nothing but nice at Harbin. Our sales associate was Matthew Norris. He is super nice, always had price quotes to work with our budget. He help us pick our car and went home with it today.All the people we talked to today went above and beyond. It's nice to live in small town. My husband and I very happy with our service. 10/10

My husband and I just bought our second vehicle from Matt with Harbin Ford. He always goes above and beyond to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. He is patient and understanding when we are indecisive and even calls on other Harbin employees to help make recommendations. I have never felt pressure from anyone at Harbin and always feel like I’m getting the best deal possible from people who are more concerned with having satisfied customers than making a sale. We highly recommend Harbin to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. Ask for Matt!
