I had made an appointment for just an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 1/2 HOURS for them to complete the job. I sat in the waiting room watching the tech working on my Aviator walk away to look at another customers vehicle parked in the breezeway, not even in the work area. When that vehicle pulled away the tech took 45 minutes looking for a clipboard that he left in that said vehicle per the service tech running the desk. I feel this attention to my vehicle was totally unacceptable.

My husband and I have been looking for a certain type of car for a few months. Devon was helpful in keeping us posted and letting us know when he had what we wanted without bugging us about it. When they had what we wanted, we made an appointment, saw Matt Norris, and everything went really well. No problems. He was prepared and had all the information ready for us. Jay Penny was helpful with the paperwork and explained everything concerning it. If you are looking for a car I would definitely try them first.

The nineteenth of July I took my 2017 F 250 in for service and to make a long story short, drove home in a 2023 F-250. End of story.

Anyone that want to purchase from this dealership just to let you all know they do not accept asking price but yet tag on all types of fees so you will be paying for an extra $4,000 for your car. They do not negotiate prices. Switch and bait is what they do. They won't tell you that right off.

Terrible service.
I tried getting information to schedule a time to fix my recall. I spoke to Nicole MANY times, even via email, regarding my situation. I sent her the information she asked for over email. Moving forward, I contacted Nicole again after two weeks just for her to ask me to send her the SAME information again. Frustrated, I called again about help with my recall, and she told me that she hadn't heard from the service guy. A MONTH LATER, I gave up. I am very disappointed with their customer service.
