“Abby was truly a gem. She offered to come in on a Saturday to sign me up, a day that she’s off work! I ended up being able to make it in during business hours and was greeted with huge smiles. The gym was super clean and taken care of. It also just felt comfortable being there. 5 stars all around”

“I really like this gym. It had a plethora of equipment and room for extra movement. The maintenance seems to be kept up now and the staff is great. The hydro message chairs are great for recovery and pre/post workout treatment. Of course there is quite a bit of people who attend this gym but that is because the variety in Scottsboro is small. I would give this place a try if you workout late hours or early morning.”
