“I really like this gym. It had a plethora of equipment and room for extra movement. The maintenance seems to be kept up now and the staff is great. The hydro message chairs are great for recovery and pre/post workout treatment. Of course there is quite a bit of people who attend this gym but that is because the variety in Scottsboro is small. I would give this place a try if you workout late hours or early morning.”
