The lady at at the computer was rude the phone said one price and she said another I was trying to up charge me she was even rude to the other customers in the store she is trying to pocket the money for herself I would recommend you not to go to this store

Never can get thru when calling the Scottsboro location. Not a very happy customer at this moment especially but really have not been satisfied with this company since purchasing a 2 phone plan

My husband and I went in to figure something out about about our plan and we were helped by Desiree. She was extremely friendly and very helpful and figuring out what we needed to do. She made our experience a highlight of our day just from her personality. Highly recommend this shop and highly recommended Desiree.

We went to the scottsboro location where we where greeted at the door by michelle she was very friendly and actully knew what she was talking about.she was able to meet our needs and got us in some great phones. Thank you michelle.

The cricket employee was not the most friendly , I've seen much more friendly individuals working at this exact location. I'll do my business online from now on. Cricket customer four lines 2 years now . Not happy ... May port out

Cricket wireless is a joke! Over the past two weeks we have had to pay 200$ for service, ok we had the 100$ in the account then we added another line the next couple days, and we got this not5 that we owed money so we call customer service they said they had fixed the problem so we said ok, so the next day we got the same notification so we called again and they said it was ok an told us we would even have extra left over. So now this morning our phone service was cut off and when we called customer service for almost an hour they said cricket wants more money. Now at the nearest cricket store they said we owe 80 more dollars and that two of our lines are on a the lesser plan all of a sudden after having the unlimited plan for years
