Sick to death of being robbed by towing companies. Should have never had to call them but i have an incompetent truck driver. That being said, This outfit charged me $870 to winch an empty trailer out of a curve. Wow! I was thinking $500 tops but would have had no problem paying that. $870 though. I know what it cost to operate. It’s people like you that put small trucking companies out of business. I would like to believe that since you royally screwed me today that you will lose. However, bloodsucking people that are out for themselves seems to always prevail. Use that $870 to polish your damn trucks a little more. Cheers:)

Came by to retrieve my personal belongings in a truck after my company had it towed here after I started working for someone else, guy working there cussed me out for no reason. Told me to "get my sh*t and go" (Mind you this is NOT my truck but the company I previously worked for, I had no control over where it gets parked. Once I ended my employment with them, they had the truck towed from my house without my knowledge.) The guy had an absolute horrible attitude and treated me very poorly. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT COMPLETE STRANGERS.

Complete Towing was great to work with, the response time was great they showed earlier than they told they would, the driver was extremely knowledgeable about towing and how to handle the situation at hand

They have helped us several times when we’ve had company vehicles break down or need towed. Typically when a company like this is needed, it’s at a very un-opportune time, but they always make the experience as pleasant as possible. They take caution with how they attach to the vehicles and approach every aspect in a professional manner. I would give than 5 stars if I could.
