We were in need of of storage temporarily and Alan who was the contact at Chapman was and has been very helpful, polite and accommodating. The facility has everything to fit any storage needs that come up. It was clean and very well maintained. Would definitely use Chapman again for future needs.

Had a very bad experience with these folks. First, our unit took water after a heavy rain and a couch was damaged. They talked a good line and said that they would buy it, but reneged on move-out day. Also, we found rat p*** on the furniture as we were moving out (see pic).
