Claimed they delivered package but nothing on my cameras showed a package being delivered.

I'm sure the delivery person put my package in someone else mail box there is a person with the same number on the next street but I'm on Northgate the tracking said it was left by USPS at 10:46 in the mailbox.

Easy in/out, helpful people. Not the cleanest inside, but typical government condition probably. Never have ADA-compliant lower counter open, instead use it for storage, so a person in a wheelchair has to struggle. Real nice about offering to help carry packages though. $70/year for a small, regular mail box.

It's a contract office. Even in a small town they don't provide the greatest service.

Abismal service I could not imagine worse. I was out of the house a few days and missed a signing for a usps package, so they dropped it off at Satsuma. They apparently only hold packages for 2 days:(.... This is why the government shouldn't run anything the satsuma post office would make a great example. I'm currently chasing that package all over creation, it was supposed to be gift about 2 weeks ago:/......
