The cashier inside was very nice & patient & I am running late & was hoping to be in & out really quick & ended up wasting a lot of time going to two different pumps & both declined my credit card 💳 & said “see cashier” and she said the pumps are having issues. I travel ALL of the time & get gas ⛽️ at Pilot almost Daily? And now I am inclined to avoid them & just go somewhere else. Ya gotta take care of your customers.

This location sucks as far as parking. There are too many dropped trailers, and of course they are taking the few free spaces available. Most of the lot is paid parking, so finding a free spot is made pretty impossible with the dropped trailers. I won't even fuel here and support this location until they do something about that. It's ridiculous.

very professional good people working here Nice Pilot the only setback is Why there are so many DROPPED TRAILERS on this Pilot 7 FLATBEDS & 3 DRY VANS on FREE PARKING SPOTS no wonder we’re paying for Reserve parking while they’re using the Pilot Travel Center #75 as their personal yard! I hope the manager sees this REVIEW or someone on a higher position from Pilot does something to prevent this! They’re supposed to be paying $$ money for parking at their yard!

Hands down the most nastiest pilots out there. They are truly a bunch of scammers here. Banging on doors of truck parked in reserve spots. Well mark the pavement better and put signs up in back like every other pilots have. Yellow signs that says reserved parking. Better yet go Harass someone else that’s illegally parked with no parking signs / parking on fire line / creative parking that’s all over the lot. But you wanna bother a non marked reserved parking spot in the far back end of a truck stop. Lady manager needs to be FIRED , matter of fact the whole night crew needs to be fired!!! Specially the guy who kept calling me dog. I’m a complaining customer treat me with some type of respect, I do spend thousands of dollars a year fueling at pilots / and FJ’s

Guel pumps pumping slow...indicating pilot is not regularly changing fuel filters on their pumps ,costing them in lost revenue

Has everything you could ask for, trucker lounge, showers, food etc. Two recommendations, no way to get a receipt at the pump, must go inside and asked for one and bathrooms need to be cleaned daily.

This place is just another money grab from truck drives. It has approximately 50 truck parking spaces of which only approximately 15 are not Pay To Park Reserved.. These money gouging so called travel centers need to go out of business.
