McDonald's and Wafflehouse in walking distance. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"

BE AWARE. ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT. I went inside to pay for gas and gave the lady behind the counter a 20 dollar bill for pump 10 and said “I need 20 on pump 10” and after not hearing her saying anything back I said “regular gas please” with her still not saying anything she helped the next guest and I went to the bathroom. When I came out and went to the pump, my girlfriend said she’s been waiting for the pump to activate. She said “did you pay already? The pump isn’t showing anything.” I said “yeah, I paid before going to the bathroom. It should have been ready this whole time.” So I went back inside and waited to be next in line and asked the same lady why the pump wasn’t activated. I repeated what I had said to her when I paid and she said that it was weird and that she would check the computers to find out why. After about 10 minutes of checking she then proceeds to say “maybe you told me the wrong pump.” I said, “I definitely said the right pump. I said 20 on pump 10 please. Regular gas” she then started arguing with me and telling me that I told her the wrong pump. She even printed out receipts and mine wasn’t one of them. No copies of my receipt for my purchase and again continues to say I told her the wrong pump. She didn’t even know what pump I said. “Maybe it was pump 8 or pump 2 that you said” no. I said 20 on pump 10. So she gets her GM to come over and I explain the situation to when she says the same thing. “Maybe you said the wrong pump” my girlfriend then comes in because it’s been over 20 minutes of arguing with me about if I said the wrong pump or not and asks what is going on. Both the GM and they clerk both continue the same story and my girlfriend said it doesn’t make any sense that we are on pump 10 just like I said. My girlfriend goes back to the car and I proceed to say “we should get the camera footage to show that I paid.” They told me it wouldn’t prove anything since I gave them the wrong pump. The same old story that wasn’t true. So I said “do we need to get the cops involved to get the footage then?” And then the clerk who stole my money said “I’ll call them to remove you from the property!” So be careful. The clerk also mentioned several times that this happens often and that’s why she “repeats the pump number to her customers,” which she did not. This is apparently a regular occurrence for her and her customers according to her. My sister who lives nearby also said she’s done the same thing to her. I will be filing a report and spreading the word about her and the GM that’s in on it with her. Thank you for your time. Again, always get a receipt and be careful.

Clean facility with friendly employees. I had a reserved parking spot and arrived at 8:00 pm no problems. All the free spots were taken.

Southern Tire Mart got me in and out. Great customer service from blond haired woman, friendly and welcoming. Hard working manager, got the job done, and the employees did a good job. Thankyou!

I when to this place to get a shower , for the first time, I was waiting at the driver waiting room , the screen that shows your number it doesn’t work and the intercom is not loud enough so I loss my chance . The customer service did not do anything to help just trounig the ball saying that it was my fault. I will never comes back to this location.

Will not ever get reserved parking again. It's all the way in the back when it should be closest to the store. I get reserved to be closer to the store so I don't have to go so far for the toilet in the mornings. I'm not a man who can just whip it out and piss in the lot like they ALL do.
There are trucks EVERYWHERE making up spots and partially blocking driveways. It's a mess outside. I haven't even gone inside yet for anything other than checking in. The gal who checked me in was nice, though, so ?? for her.
Do better, y'all. This industry is changing, and like it or not, all the truck stops need to change with it.

What a joke this place is employees are always on the phone and really don't pay attention to what's going on. Arby's in the same building is the worst, always out of roast beef how can this be the name of the restaurant is Arby's famous roast beef when asked employees said the manager told them not to cook more don't bother using the app it never works go next door to the chevron they have the best BBQ you'll ever eat and many other fabulous dishes I'll buy gas somewhere else trust me don't waste your time in this dump
