I wish I could give them even more stars! ? I've had an account with them for 8 years and I'm just as happy as day 1. I appreciate the personal experience with this bank as opposed to others. Instead of hearing "next" I'm greeted with "Hello Mr. Weaver! How can I assist you today?". I've never gotten that anywhere but here. I'll never bank with any other bank. Why? Because they simply can't compare!

This specific bank charged everyday for negative balances. Other banks give people time. But they try to collect as much money as they can and make you feel like your in the wrong for what happened. A SETUP

I went in to the bank in Walmart in Saraland. I lost my wallet and have been helped by Da Quincia Reed several times. She said without my I.D. she couldn't helpme. Then said anyone could have my social my password, made me feel like shewas applying I was trying to steal someone else's money. I found it rude and no effortto help me at all.
