Worst walgreens pharmacy Ive ever been to. Unorganized, slow service. Bring something to do because your going to be in line a while. App said 2 prescriptions ready they only had one.

Don’t waste your time here. Several poor experiences.

Waited over an hour for a COVID vaccine. I was the only person with an actual appointment and they let 6 people without appointments go ahead of me. Arrived 15 minutes early and that wasn’t enough.

This used to be my favorite pharmacy but I would say I have been highly dissatisfied over the past 6 months. The pharmacy techs are not friendly or helpful. The wait time is always ridiculous no matter if you go inside or use the drive-thru. You can not submit insurance change information over the phone for some reason EVEN if you have all the information they would need... instead they would rather take up almost an hour of your time in person to make this change. They act like you are an inconvenience to them. I will probably be changing my pharmacy location to CVS or Publix.

This place is hit or miss. If you can hit the drive-thru when there aren't 24 vehicles in it, you're golden. But it's best to keep on driving if you see it's packed. Some of the pharmacy techs are friendly, some are not. I honestly try to frequent this place as little as possible just because no one enjoys sitting in line. All of my prescriptions that can be mailed, I prefer that way. But my ADHD medication cannot be so, once a month I have to drop off a prescription. They do a good job of keeping my medication in stock which is great because it's newer. It's hard to rate this place because it honestly just depends on the day.

Between my daughter's strep throat and my husband's infection from oral surgery, I've been to this establishment multiple times in the past few days, dropping off prescriptions and picking up medication. The drive thru lines weren't terrible. Long, yes, but they move quickly. I went inside one time because I needed to pick up some other things, and I was greeted by the cashier and the store was clean. Every time, they remind me to put my number in to get my rewards points. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've never had a bad experience.

I would never ever get a prescription filled there again. I use a small mom and pop store that has short hours and is closed on Sunday. I attempted to get my medication refilled and the pharmacist came out from behind the counter, broke all kinds of HIPPA laws as she named off some of my medications, all in front of the ten people who were complaining about how long they had been waiting to get theirs filled (some was the day before and it had still not been filled). She treated me like a drug addict and gave me a dressing down in front of all those people. I was in shock about someone giving all my sensitive health information out in front of half of Saraland and treating me so poorly. I am older with numerous health issues and am just trying to stay off of disability and continue to work with my broken neck. I should have gotten the name of everyone there and filed a lawsuit but was almost in tears from the way I was treated. The rest of the staff are pleasant and the store clean and stocked but that is something I will never forget.
