Jason was great. I had been dealing with other providers all day and was dreading coming in for service. When I got there Jason made it so easy. I had a budget going in and he went under my budget while getting me way better equipment than I was coming in for. All in all a great experiance.

Wonderful service with Josie. She helped me pick the best phone/plan for my son. Real sweet and helpful. She helped with all the needs I was looking for. I was on crutches and she picked out a great phone case and screen protector for my son's new phone. Very good service. Would recommend her to anyone

Jace Lindsey is amazing! He assisted me in upgrading my iphone and iwatch, during which we experienced a problem regarding cost and fees on the customer service end. He stayed with the situation with customer service until he was able to have everything corrected. Very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend him. A great asset to the Verizon team! Poor customer service. I bought a phone for my daughter, and traded in the old phone for a credit. Big mistake. We never received the credit or the promised discount. After getting no help locally, I called Verizon customer service. I was repeatedly put on hold before getting cut off after 90 minutes. I would not return to this location.
