Extremely friendly and helpful fellow behind the counter plus the cigar hold was as pleasant as walking into an actual cigar shops exclusive VIP area the display technique could use some slight tweaking but all in all quite impressed with the newer addition plus the shop in general was very clean and for a business that sells the variety of smoking products and aids this one sells thats saying something ... the environment felt immediately after walking in was that of comfort and pleasure ... all of my experience from the personnel to the products offered was very enjoyable ... i took a few suggestions and purchased a couple items outside my comfort zone and let me tell you .... not a mistake at all .... so yes the staff was extremely knowledgeable and can read his customer and know the proper products to suggest that in itself is worth the mid to high end prices ... will definitely be revisiting over and over ... 100/100 great job

Best place to go of all time I live an hour and 15 minutes away and I come here because everyone is friendly they are VERY helpful and have SO many selections to choose from and have AMAZING DEALS y’all need to go to up n smoke in Saraland it is the absolute best store EVER !!!

I visited this shop a few times. I am from New Orleans,LA . I was staying with a fellow youtube tarot reader and my vape was old and broken soo.. these guys at the store were so very helpful to me and my friend. They helped me pick out exactly what I needed and even put it together for me...and they let me try the juice before I bought it...they dont do that in New Orleans . The two guys were super cool and very helpful. They have everything you could need in one stop. I definitely recommend this store 5 stars and you should stop by because the guys are super cute too..Pamela Tank @ tankstarot thanks guys I am back home much love from New Orleans ❤ ?

I love this place, but it would be nice if they could arrive to work on time to open. There is currently 3 ppl waiting for someone to show up. ?this is not the first time I've gotten here & had to wait for someone to get here well after opening.

Hands down best service, selection and price of any shop in town. The quality of product is second to none, with frequent deals on merch. They loads of things to choose from whether your in need of the latest vapes and juices or in need of pipes rigs etc. Not to mention papers, rolling trays, butane, whip its, hookah and accessories, and much more.

I went in yesterday to buy a replacement glass for my tfv16 and they tried to charge me $15.99. Ill never shop here again! They are $5 anywhere else you go!!
