I went in yesterday to have vibration checked from the steering wheel. Within minutes the problem had been diagnosed and a solution was found. I had to have a tire ordered and it was out on today. They were reasonable and the problem was solved! This shop is great! If you want speedy service and reasonable prices then I highly recommend you checking them out!!

I've trusted them to do my tire work for a good while now. Whenever you purchase your tires from them you get a lifetime flat repair and rotation included, so it's worth it to go here!
Additionally, I brought my vehicle in recently for a rotation and they found a cross threaded bolt. Instead of shifting the blame like many shops would be likely to do, they fixed the issue by installing a new stud at no cost to me. Honestly like that is hard to find and it's why Tire Works is my go-to for all things tire related.
They also do oil changes, brakes, and other regular maintenance service but I don't have experience with those as I self service those items for my vehicles.

Honest with integrity is how I will describe Wes. The price of the tires u wanted dropped between Thursday and today. I noticed that the price I paid was less than what I was quoted just 4 days ago. His honest and integrity are refreshing. And The Tire Works in Saraland has earned my business from now on. By the way, these guys have treated me very fairly on multiple occasions. This is not a one time deal.

Today was my second time coming to tire works for a nail in my tire and they are always extremely professional, fast and HONEST!!! You can be assured that when you go they will not try to take advantage and I will ALWAYS come to them for my tire issues!

Jeff and the guys at Tire Works are absolutely fantastic! I brought them my truck and had a set of tires put on it. I picked it up and drove it home and parked it for a couple of days. Drove it to work, and I didn't like the feel of the tires at all. Talked to Jeff about my concerns. He told me to bring it in. He put another brand on it and called to tell me he felt the same issues I had described, even in the second set. He put my truck on the rack and inspected it. He told me he found nothing wrong with the truck and that it had to be the new tires. So he put another brand on it, which eliminated the issues and had the truck back to driving like it should.. He did all this with no extra cost to me. I have never received such great service and honesty from any tire dealer ever. These folks are honest to the core, and customer safety and satisfaction are their top priority. Thanks, Jeff!!
