Would absolutely not recommend this place. They completely BUTCHERED my hair. Hair dresser seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Completely embarrassed by my cut and have to get it fixed by someone who knows what they are doing. At least two of the stylists did not have certifications visible. Should’ve listened to the rumors about this place.

Fridays online hours say open until 8pm , my husband and son were just there and not only does it say closes at 7 on the door, but one of the girls working there did not do a very good job on my husband's hair.It is choppy on one side,and she didn't shave the back of my son's neck which I always assumed it was standard with a haircut either way it grows back and it's a damn good thing ,so if you have read my review , I recommend enter at own risk at SuperCuts in Saraland Al.

Sean at super cuts made my whole year. He was able to look at a picture and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it! Thanks again for making this older lady feel confident again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in to get my haircut, the stylist was lining me up with trimmers and cut off half of my eyebrow. While I looked in the mirror with my mouth hanging open in shock, she apologized in a nonchalant manner, then told me to follow her to the cash register so I can pay for the haircut. The show must go on, I guess. I was appalled! The manager, Donna, reluctantly got involved. She told the stylist not to charge me the $16 for the haircut. I asked for the corporate phone number, but Donna said that location is privately owned, and she would call the owner then call me. I never did hear from Donna or the owner. While I'm walking around with half of an eyebrow, they don't feel the need to do anything to make it right with me. Apparently, customers' experiences are not priority. This was the worst experience I have ever had while getting a haircut. My advice is to avoid this place like it's full of covid. It's a cold hearted environment. The owner should've reached out to apologize. She or he is very unprofessional and, apparently, doesn't care about customer retentionService: Haircut
