My car was just as dirty when it came out of the car wash as it did when it went in and the middle of my hood did not get touched. This is the car wash in Saraland Alabama

Does not open as advertised hours indicate. Made a 10 mile drive and then had to wait an hour for them to open

This place is horrible. The full service is a joke for $30 and I went someplace else to vacuum my car again. The car wash in itself was crappy.

Update, original review below. It seems my issue got lost in the system somehow. I now have every confidence that Rich's Car Wash - Saraland will make whatever issue you have right. I had an excellent experience with John, who knows what he is doing when it comes to wipers and car washes. I recommend this car wash. Nice people, who run an honest business!

"37 days ago I washed my car at Rich's Car Wash - Saraland. The wash ate the rear wiper off my car. I filled out a form for the attendants (who were very nice). As I write this, nothing has come of it. They did not even refund the cost of the wash. Do not go here! Nice people, shady business."

I was recommended by a coworker to come to Rich's. Today was my first visit and definitely my last visit. I asked for my vehicle to be detailed inside and out. I was charged $30 for a full detailed, my $30 went down the drain. I'm not pleased at all. I have attached photos to my review.
