There atm machine kept the $500.00 I had requested. I went inside and filed a dispute. Friday a week later still no money, no call. Every time I call the phone rings 2-3 minutes without pickup. That is unacceptable.

They need to be shut down...there very fraudulent...they been taking money out my account and my brothers account...I'm sick of them I wish they will close down HORRIBLE BANK!!!

Must be under new management. Drive thru is dreadfully slow with only 1 lane open and the inside attendant has a bad attitude and declines to give the money broken down and encourages her colleagues to decline as well citing she doesn't have it. Well, call a manager and get it.

2 stars for not having a lobby/entrance atm...because I've been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on the slowest Brinks driving ever hired. Disappointing PNC.....

PNC Bank I like the features they offer. I really like when I use my credit card or ATM card I get a text in seconds. Also, my credit card number got stolen and they only charged $0.02 in CA and then they tried to use it in GA at 2 Redbox location and Wal-Mart and they declined it. I was called by PNC in minutes to ask if the was me, I told them No I am at my house in Alabama. The lady was really sweet got the card shut down and a replacement in the mail in days.

They call every 3 months and make sure that I am happy with the service. They ask if would like to come see if they have any new needs. The new credit card I like I atleast get 1% on everything up to 4% on things. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
