I was a over the road truck driver for 7 years and was recently hired for local work at O'Reilly Auto Parts as a delivery driver and I love it. The otr drivers are usually in and out pretty fast. It's easy to find and the docks are wide so backing in is easy. There is plenty of room to turn around and set up. There are a lot of parking spots to back into if you have to wait for a door and you can park overnight if needed. If you do need to park overnight please be respectful and make sure it's OK by going into the drivers entrance and ask for permission. They usually have no issues with it if your delivering and please leave it clean.

DISHONEST DEALINGS: I hate wasting my time to complain about stuff, but hopefully this will protect someone else's wallet. I went to O'Reilly's this morning after being jumped off due to a battery issue. I went in and told them my existing battery was only a couple years old but is dead. The woman at the front desk never offered the option to test/check the battery or mentioned a warranty. Then they sold me a battery at full price and installed it for me. Within minutes of leaving the store I realized my battery had a warranty. I asked for a refund but was told they wouldn't refund my purchase.?

Arrived at 0730 for a 930 appointment. They got me in a door right away and I was unloaded by 830. Friendly people.

This is my second time unloading at this facility. The first time I tried to check in early, but they were booked solid. They docked me 1 hour past my appointment, however, they were expeditious in unloading me. The second time was much better. I had a 0400 appointment. I was docked immediately. They unloaded me in 30 minutes and they were friendly. I liked how I was able to park overnight. Plenty of trash cans with a relaxed atmosphere. I like this facility. They've earned my 5 stars.
