“Technician was great. Only problem I have is I got conventional oil change for $47.00 and had a coupon for $25.00 off any oil change and still had to pay $48.00. So basically I did not get $25.00 off”
“Always satisfied. If there is a problem they let you know and with me have always done their best to fix it, pertaining to my oil and anything connected to it. Always professional, Staff is the best and so is service inside where you pay and wait those quick few minutes. Have been going for years. Appreciate each one for an outstanding job well done.”
“Not the stores fault, but I ordered 4 tires and scheduled an appointment to have them put on. I called to make sure they were there was assured that they were. I arrived an hour early for my appointment which the manager said was perfect. I arrived and was told that it would be an hour an half to put them on. No worries.An hour later, the manager told me that only 3 of my tires came in. He apologized and stated that it was an error on the online side. Again, wasn't mad. Tired? yes. Mad? no.They told me they were sorry which I believed and they put 3 tires on, and I have to return tomorrow after I call and make sure the tire arrived.Good customer service. It was not there fault. It's totally my bad for buying them and having them delivered during Christmas.They couldn't have been more apologetic or gracious.Even though this is my issue, I would definitely use them again.”
