Due to personal circumstances my relationship with State Farm came to an end. Mr. Kahn personally assisted me and was genuinely sympathetic to my issue. He referred me to another agent whom he had hoped would be able to help me. His referral was equally as personable and well priced and I could not be happier. Wonderful service from his agency with special mention of Ms. Vicki who was knowledgeable, professional, and so kind all the way to the end. State Farm and especially my local agent, Jeff Kahn, took VERY good care of me with my recent boat engine damage claim. From Jeff to his staff to the online claims process to my personal SF claims' adjuster, it ended up being a much smoother process than I had envisioned it would be. The entire claims process was easy, efficient, and with very little to no stress.
Once I uploaded all the information my adjuster needed, State Farm made a quick decision and had a check in the mail to me for the damages within a few days of me filing the claim. So thank you to Jeff and his entire State Farm team. For your insurance needs, my recommendation is to go see Coach Kahn!

Unsatisfied with this company, they changed my address without me knowing and now sent me a letter saying they cannot cover me cause I didn’t contact a closer office for coverage, been nonstop with this location!!!!!

The Jeff Kahn State Farm Agency is a great agency. When I need Jeff I have no problem reaching him. Vicki handles the majority of my needs and is outstanding. She is very knowledge about the insurance products and how to get everything processed so we get the insurance bound in a timely manner. State Farm took such great care of my family during Hurricane Sally! They came out right away, spent almost 6 hours walking through the damage and issued us a check on the spot! They were so communicative. I called Jeff and asked questions and he called me back right away! Vicki, now she is AMAZING! She is the one I call for everything! She can answer any question, she makes sure I get the best rates, calls me when she finds discounts I'm eligible for and more! She's my connection! Love my Vicki & State Farm

Extremely helpful and very professional. The girls in the office are top notch and should be commended for their dedication to servicing policy holders. State Farm is an excellent company, however, they are only as good as their agents and staff. This office is a cut above !!!

I love the staff! When I first signed on with this agency, they made sure I had great discounts. I couldn't believe my rate! Even after my accident, my rate went up but I was treated with so much respect that I decided to stay. It looks like my rates are beginning to drop again. So, I am looking forward when they come back down to where they were when I first started with State Farm.
