Yalls shoes suck! Get an upgrade L + Ratio... Wheres the yeezys, new jordans, good shoes at? Plus why does the people working in the store hide in the clothes... Like really? Next time they do im jumping off the top rope with my elbow aiming towards their leg! That'll be 1 star rating for me... Yall lucky their ain't a 0 star rate level!

Didn't like my first experience here at all. Soon as I arrived into this location I noticed two employees sitting on the counter behind the register. I wasn't bothered about that they did speak when I walked in. What bothered me was I walked around the store and not once did either ladies tried to assist me with my shopping experience. It was a shirt on the top shelf that I couldn't reach they were so busy on their phone I said forget. In front of the store was some timberland attire sweat pants sweat shirt and hoodie. The sweat pants had a mark down orange sticker for 33.98 on them. I took a pair of xl sweat pants with the sticker on there without the price of 33.98. One of the ladies priced it at 62.00 when she scanned it. I said the other sweats are priced at 33.98. The manager slide off the counter finally since I gotten there. She scans it again and looks at the bar code. My wife walks over and grab another pair of sweats with the price of 33.98 she looks at it and tell me o it must been a mark special awhile ago so the price is 62.00. I looked at her and said so I can't get the price that is on the orange sticker she said no. I said that's OK left the items on the counter. Maybe it'll give them something more to do than play on their phone. Not sure if the tall lady was a manager or not but she needs to learn how to take care of her customers instead texting or watching tik tok. I will never shop at this location ever again.

I went to this store to exchange a pair of pink Jordan Jet Gloves. (In honor of my mommy who passed away from breast cancer a few months ago.) I misplaced my receipt, so I gave the cashier my phone number, so he could identify my purchased. Once the cashier identified my purchase, he told me that it was going to be a long wait due to the manager had to put in a code and he was doing an interview. I'm confused--the customer has to wait until the manager finishes an interview in order to exchange an item? How long would it actually take for the manager to step out the interview and type in a code? This policy should be revamp, if this is such a policy or simply train another employee to do these type of transactions so the customer doesnt have to wait until THE INTERVIEW PROCESS IS OVER! You dont have customers waiting until an interview is OVER! No wonder you all are hiring!
