On my way driving out of state, I made a quick stop here. I'm not sure what the guys name is, but he's around 55? 0r 60's? Has long hair, Nice, and sweetest guy I met so far. We had a laugh, talked a bit before I made my way back on the road. I never got his name but if you ever read this thanks for making me feel welcomed!

Worked here for 2 weeks there died rat behind the fountain machine in the back...No one bothered to clean up the whole time I was there

Nasty customer service, called for a particular product and couldn't even check to see if they sell the product, very displeased with the employee and also hung up on me 3 times, could careless about her job definitely need to replace her that is unacceptable and also asked for the manager and she wouldn't let me talk to the manager this happen approximately around 2:55pm to 3:02pm whoever the cashier is she definitely doesn't need her job.

Nice and clean. Prices are very reasonable. Place has fresh coffee brewed every 30 minutes. Dairy queen is also there which addes up to the convenience of coming to this location. This store also carries beer and wine and a large verity of snacks and cold cut sandwiches. Property is clean and bathrooms are spotless. Best gas dispenser ever created in the country with a 9" display and extremely fast filters so you can fill up quick. Bebos are also next door.

After being charged months 19.95 for a 14.95 car wash. I finally asked for cancellation about 2 months ago. The manager on hillcrest refunded me and $5 from the month before. Again I'm charged after cancelling and I'm sent from the one at Springdall mall to saraland and then sent to the car wash itself. Mr manager for the day gives me 13.00 and change. Really while conducting business with his boss several times via text he says. Is this what they teach in business school. Then tells me it's four washes and I chose the 19.00 wash. Excuse me young man but I did not input the wash your coworker did. What happen to Customer is first. I guess this proves they don't value their customers. How you going to tell me what choice I made with my money I work for😲. It should be where the customer hits the prompt inside. Nevertheless I'm going to another car wash service. Smaller businesses appreciate their customers. That account better nor be charged again or I'm speaking with the owner and headquarters. Customer lost. What manager at a car wash wears socks and flip flops to work

I went to the Flash Market in Troy Alabama. It was the worst experience of my life. I spoke to an area manager for the company about my issue and he told me that he was going to make it good. When I went back to the store, the promised gift card was not there as I was told. Then, I called the same manager 3 times and no response. I called the corporate multiple times and no response. The Flash Market has yet to show me anything except rude and lying behavior. I wish them luck
