This place is the best. Mylinna is the best person ever. Tabitha is very caring like genuinely cares. She’s amazing!!!!!! Sarah now Sarah is something else. I wish she didn’t follow every single policy to the letter is so annoying. She thinks she needs to do everything by the book and sometime we need her to break the rules and be rebel!! Other than that nesecitas un telephono nuevo??

Was lied to, told I couldn't get the sale price until Friday ...so went back Friday ,and the rude clerk tried charging me sales tax on a free phone !

The wifi was down when I went so it was a bummer since I drove 45 mins to look at the cost of switching. I had previously tried to make an online order for the iPhone promotion, and it was $419 with taxes include for 2 jphones and two months of service. I felt it was a good deal but I was told it's always better to go in store for promotions because it's cheaper, even with the $25 activation fee. So I came back when the wifi was back up, and sat down to go over all the info to switch and then he tells me the total was a little over $420. Mind you that one iphone was priced at $79 instead of $99 since I was porting over, and the other at $99 which both would have only had one month of service included. So I asked him to break down the cost for me because why on earth would it be more expensive for 2 phones and 1 month of service than 2 phones with 2 months of service? Apparently, they get taxed by the state, Mobile, and Saraland with amounted to over $120 worth of taxes. I had to walk away from that "deal' since it would've made more sense to just purchase online for a cheaper and longer service. I did feel bad for wasting his time since I believe they do get commissions but the pricing is just outrageous in store. I would be very wary about the total before you finalize anything. Also on a side note, the guy was very nice and understanding to me, but I noticed his coworker, who seemed a little new, was asking questions about how to do something and he seemed very sparky and rude to her. I've been on the receiving end of that and I know it mustve been a little embarrassing for her. Otherwise, the store was very clean and organized with phones that you could interact with.

Highly recommend this store! The staff is wonderful! A gentleman by the name of Carthea went above and beyond to help me. I was able to purchase and activate same day. He was understanding, patient , and helpful!! Thanks cricket!

I can't say anything other than good things about the store,and their wonderful employees there. I was given the best deal and fit for my phone, and was given full attention getting signed up. They even tried to check my phone for me even though I wasn't sure if it was unlocked. When we found out it was locked before buying the Sim for it, the lovely lady Ms. Courtney helped me get the best deal I could on a good new galaxy phone. I barely paid anything and was out of the store incredibly fast. I highly recommend anyone curious about cricket wireless to go to this store, and talk to the staff there. They are all professionals.

These ladies were amazing! I have been using Cricket for a while now, but this is the first time I have purchased a phone through Cricket. They had an answer for all my questions on what phone to get my 17 yr old. They even made sure what I was getting was affordable for me! Thanks bunches ladies!!!!
