Well no long be doing business with them they don't help anyway they give a low price and sale everything higher then what you would pawn for the same idea and employees there are very rude and don't help you at all

Avoid at all costs!!! They are price checking your pawn or sale items against fakes on sites like Ali-g and temu. Just drive down the road about a mile and you'll find some better options.

My husband brought in a 24" 14k italy herringbone necklace and before they even touched it told him it was gold plated. We have took it to several places, the loop pronto and its not GP and doesnt react to a magnet. He told them have a nice day and as he was leaving they started whispering. Really shows how much the lady's there know when the go off "it looked" when that was not the case. We will never bring anything else here, nor purchase a thing from this location. At least have a little respect for customers who bring things in..

I was there shopping for high-end jewelry Saturday Febuary 3rd at approximately 1:30 p.m. No one in the 20 plus minutes I was there asked if they could help me. They were busy on their phones and talking to friends. I went down the road to the competitor and found exactly what I was looking for with the best service ever.

I went to Cash America Pawn in Saraland to purchase a firearm. I’ve never owned one, but felt like I needed one due to a DV situation. When the time came that I needed to use it, it jammed. If someone else wouldn’t have been here with me, that would’ve been my life. I spoke to Clay personally about this situation when I bought the gun and told him that’s why I was buying it. Now, I understand guns jam and that isn’t their fault, however, I then had an experienced gun owner take the gun apart, clean and oil it and it still jammed. The gun WILL NOT SHOOT. I called Clay to tell him this and all he could say was “no returns on firearms”. While I understand this is part of the policy, I sold him a pair of $200+ Costas and $70 for a gun that didn’t work when I needed it and still doesn’t to even practice with or use for self defense in the future. I just feel like that made me lose a little bit more of my faith in humanity that Clay was more worried about the sale than selling something that actually works. How was I supposed to test a firearm before leaving the store, especially when the store didn’t even have bullets in stock for the gun? Just disappointed…Edited to add: Clay DID try to get me to buy a more expensive and “reliable” handgun, however, I just couldn’t afford it. But I did NOT know that I was getting a gun that DIDNT WORK.
