Sebastian, and the other gentleman with I forgot he's name, all I know he serve our country, I can't thank you enough for the work you guys have done in my van, he when above and beyond to have my vehicle repair in the same day despite all the cars tha have before me, I always will have that on mind I strongly recommend this shop for the quality work,, thank you so much

Almost over a month since my truck was damaged at A&S automotive. Sebastian Will not take any responsibility for blowing the pistons in the engine. In the meantime I'm stuck paying $13K for a truck that went to his shop for a simple oil leak from the gaskets. I can't imagine being in business and totally destroying my customers lives because of my error then turn around and blame everyone else. A&S automotive should have insurance to cover things like this. Do you really want to take a chance to be in my shoes by letting this shop work on your vehicle? My next move is going to the media. This is very unfair what's happened to me, then this shop refuses to take any responsibility. I won't stop until I receive justice for being wronged by A&S automotive.

**UPDATE**Additionally I just found out that the passenger side valve cover gaskets was NEVER touched or replaced!!!!! I was certainly charged for it however! Bad Bad business practice! I can't believe I ever went and used this shop! Please do not find yourself in my situation by allowing them to "work" on your vehicles and especially if you have a diesel vehicle!!!As I type this I'm totally disgusted, sick , devastated to say the least. If I could give less than zero stars I would. My advice is to NEVER EVER use this "so called" mechanic. I took in my Ford F250 King Ranch Diesel ( he said he's a certified diesel mechanic). I needed my valve cover gaskets replaced also the turbo needed a part. My truck drove PERFECTLY FINE and CRANKED PERFECTLY when I took it into him. He had it several days. The morning after we got the truck back lots of white smoke was pouring out of the exhaust and the truck broke down with antifreeze coming from under the engine! It wouldn't start up again AT ALL. We got it back to him, he couldn't figure out what the problem was!!!!!!! He kept saying it was an injector, then he said some kinda pipe, the tuner , this and that! He simply was lost!!!! After a couple weeks I had enough! I got my truck back and pulled it to a REAL DIESEL mechanic. I have the diagnosis now of what Sebastian did to my truck that I STILL OWE $13K for ??. I won't put it on here right now because I'm pursuing legal action against this shop! My Truck now needs a new engine that's over $12k , and it's IMPOSSIBLE also to find this engine. I paid this man $1200 to fix my turbo and valve cover gaskets only for him to Destroy my F TRUCK! He takes NO RESPONSIBILITY at all for what he does and BLAMED the dealer I bought it from saying they rigged up the truck to sell it! NOT TRUE because I had the truck in with a mechanic and everything was checked in it the SAME week of purchase!! Plus people were lined up dying to buy this truck! The dealer had no issues in getting it sold! He has no idea what he's doing! If you have had the same experience and want to join the law suit with me please contact me!Service: Engine repair

He says he looks forward to seeing me in court and he shall along with plenty of witnesses on their mishaps with his negligence. In my opinion he is a narcissist and his business is a disgrace to the city of Saraland. A business man with honesty and integrity owns up to his mistakes and doesn't call every customer that has an issue with him a liar. I'll scream from the roof tops think twice before you let him touch your vehicle. Please don't end up like me with a blown engine

Very upset with A&S. Sebastian missed Diagnosed the problem twice with a lot of $$$ paid to him. I even Suggested to him what friends told me it was. And he said No water pump is fine. Went to a different mechanic shop and it was the water pump so now my car is fixed. Wouldn't Recommend A&S.
