“Phamily Pharmacy in Russellville was the very first pharmacy I visisted when I first moved to Franklin County. I met the owner at the time, his wife, and also Jody. It has gone though many diffrent locations now. However I still go to my Jody pharamacy as I call it. When a nwe doctor asks me "which pharmacy should we send your prescription to? I always answer "to Jody".. .ah... I mean Family Pharmacy" lol It;s been over 18 years now, and still have no complains, or anythign negative to say about Jody or the rest of the sweet. kind, and smiling staff.. It's like angels come to the windows. This is not a joke: I drove up yo yhe window and handed them them an envelope with a couple of $100.00 dollars bills. I stood there and waited for my receipt. The beautful angel looks at me with this wide eyed face, and inmediatedly I realize I had the wrong window. I yelled: "OMG! I though this was the bank". She brakes up into this contagious laugh, I start to laugh while she hands me back the envelope as she is bent over laughing and talking trying say" I was just standing here trying to figure out what I was suppose to do" It made my day....However the service is always lind sincere, and caring, and yes.. tons of smiles!!!!Jody and crew... we love you guys!”
“The Pharmacist and their assistants are very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have questions about your prescriptions or over the counter medication they’ll help you any way they can. Prescriptions are filled timely and instructions etc. given personally when necessary.”
