“I love my pharmacy. All of pharmacists are very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and even make recommendations on medicines they think might interact with others. I can text in my refills and go pick them up later. I have never had bad service here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I needed to stop in and have a prescription filled for my dad. They were friendly and quick. My parents and other family members have been using Family Pharmacy for years. I don't live here, so I can't use it as my personal pharmacy, but they were very helpful today filling my dad's medicine for me.”

“These are the sweetest most thoughtful group of women I have ever had the privilege to do business with, true southern women, hard working and looking out for you not the big pharma companies and take the time to make sure you don't have any reaction to other meds that you take. These are learned women but very busy so sometimes they don't have the time to give you a pat on the back and a conversation so don't take offense you're still getting a smile ?”

“I shop here at least once a week and the service up front is Excellent! But I use the CVS App to order my Focus Factor 120count $49, Vitamins every month. I use my coupons and bonuses for my store purchases and app purchases every time & get a great deal on my items. $49-$27!! I can’t get them to keep Focus Factor in stock though because they don’t do the ordering anymore CVS sends them what to sell.
I also use the Pharmacy for all of my medications. They are very busy with so many orders that I have to leave a message when I call and they call me back. It’s a little aggravating. The pharmacy service depends upon who is working that day. It’s much better than it was before the pharmacy manager changed. The new pharmacy manager is excellent and so is the other pharmacist who regularly works there. The girls are so busy that they have a lot of tension and stress and it shows in their conversations with their customers about their medication and prescriptions and refills etc. some are very nice people who always smile and are very friendly, and others are in an extremely rushed position and are sometimes very rude and make you feel like you are a problem and not a customer. But it’s better than it was. I’m just always honest about things and can only tell you my experiences. But I’m not against them in any way; I understand. They are great with scheduling my prescriptions each month and filling them & send me a text when they are ready for pick up. If they don’t have a prescription in stock, they order it and it’s usually there the next day and ready for pick up. Our whole family has switched over to CVS for our prescription needs now. I use discount cards the pharmacy has to help me with cash purchases and Good RX too. Like I have said I’m there once or twice a week and I know them pretty well and they know me too much too.
I appreciate them and they help me out any time that I am in need, so I just can’t say anything bad about them at all really!! Two Very Good Pharmacists!! Great Team Too!”
