After an uneventful incident with Bambi's cousin we took our vehicle to Eddie's. They took care of our vehicle and when finished the vehicle was show-room floor quality.

ABSOLUTELY T H E B ES T !!!!!!!!! They always do an excellent job!!!!! I hit a deer in Kentucky this time and they fixed my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivan to look better and function A LOT BETTER than it did when I bought it last August!!! This is my first hybrid, and although I am HUGE fan of the Chrysler Pacifica minivan, I am not a huge fan of hybrid so far. Since I got it back, I think there may have been something wrong with it before, and it is a world of difference on everything overall!!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST COLLISION REPAIR FACILITY IN THE SOUTH, IF NOT THE ENTIRE U.S.!!!!!!!! A+++++++++++

Very dishonest, Jacob makes tons of empty promises while writing estimates and Eddie’s answer is to simply refuse to honor what you have been told. They start trying to scam your insurance for more money before they even have your vehicle on site. Wanna get screwed this is the place to go, wanna be lied to this is the place to go, wanna get caught up in a nightmare this is the place to go. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that is a reputable company instead of this place.

They are very conscencous. Went out of their way to make sure the job was done correctly and safely. Wonderful people. Left us know everytime they contacted the insurance company for approval.

We were visiting red bay Alabama and needed some body work done on our new truck. We were referred to Eddie’s AutoBody, we were told having a new truck this was the repair facility to use. We went to their shop, worked with Alan and Jacob, and explained we were only in town for a week. They got us in the next day gave us a ride to our campground repaired the truck and dropped us off. They did an outstanding job on our vehicle, I can’t say enough about the quality of their work, integrity, customer service and thoroughness of explaining the repairs. They worked with our insurance company and communicated with with us throughout on the status. So say the least their outstanding shop.
