Driver marked my package as delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. Really think they need to screen the driver's better.

They always putting my package at wrong house. Then have package I have to sign for and 2 other packages. The driver just throws other packages on ground and forget to give my other package that I stayed at home for. So now have to take another day off to get my other package. I always have packages broken also.

Terrible delivery service. Our guy basically pitches the items from the road. I work from home so I hear everything getting slammed against our door/ entry area. By the time I end a call (work from home) im not able to ask him to please set it down instead of throwing it against the door or brick. Seriously not being a Karen over here. I just want everything INCLUDING MY HOUSE left in once peice.Several deliveries arrive broken or dented. Recently had 2 heavier deliveries (picture included-tap to see broken mortar) and when he slammed it against the brick he busted the mortar. Why is this guy working for a delivery service if he doesn't like to deliver items? Then, when they're broken he has to re-deliver the products so hes double working himself. Really tired of having to file a return and reorder things. I've not been able to reach anyone on the phone about this issue to date so a public post is my option for now.Please don't reply with please contact us via social media as I've seen to be the response in other reviews. I don't use Facebook or Twitter and talking to a real person with real solutions would be great. I don't mind if he still delivers so long as he isn't using my packages for MLB tryouts. I get it, you can hit the house...

UPS delivery is terrible in my area. My first delivery about two weeks ago was delivered to the wrong apartment and building even though the address was clear and correct. Now I have a very important document lost. UPS states the delivery address is incomplete and requires signature, neither of which is true according to the sending company. I'm having to call in late to work in order to go to the customer service center in Robertsdale due to their hours only being 4-6p and hope and pray my package is there somewhere. Completely unacceptable especially since I paid $25 overnight fee.

We waited at home all day for the delivery of a next day air package that was supposed to arrive before noon. Just before five my UPS App said that the driver had attempted delivery but a signature was required so the package was not delivered. This was a complete lie. We were home all day and have a Ring doorbell and security cameras. No UPS driver came anywhere near our house all day.

UPS is a joke. Terrible customer service and shipping times. Better luck using FedEx, USPS, DHL, or a homing pigeon.

I live in the woods and the driver is taking it to the post office and it's closed at 11:30 am,so my package goes back to the merchants and I have to order over AGAIN! This is the 3rd time!

Email says package delivered, but it was not. NOTHING ON MY VIDEO DOORBELL. You hire thieves. Can't get a live person on the 800 number. Terrible customer service.

I am not happy. I picked up my package for my business on 09/27/2021. I got home , and opened the box , and my customers Christian Dior shoes are missing. How can you weigh my box saying it was 4kg when in fact it's less because of the missing tennis shoes. Oh I know what happened ? your work weighed the box to say the weight was accurate once off the scale they took the expensive white Christian Dior Tennis shoes. They covered their tracks so it will look like I am lying. ?? For now on I will open my box at the UPS site in front of the worker with a photo of my check list. I know you all have to weigh it when it arrives to each destination site.. One of your workers is a thief. Don't steal from my business ?

Shipping clerk very helpful in making sure that packaging is done correctly so there's lees of a chance of damage
