For some reason your drivers feel the need to drive 40+ mph down a gravel driveway with kids. Completely unacceptable.

Driver marked my package as delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. Really think they need to screen the driver's better.

Terrible delivery service. Our guy basically pitches the items from the road. I work from home so I hear everything getting slammed against our door/ entry area. By the time I end a call (work from home) im not able to ask him to please set it down instead of throwing it against the door or brick. Seriously not being a Karen over here. I just want everything INCLUDING MY HOUSE left in once peice.
Several deliveries arrive broken or dented. Recently had 2 heavier deliveries (picture included-tap to see broken mortar) and when he slammed it against the brick he busted the mortar. Why is this guy working for a delivery service if he doesn't like to deliver items? Then, when they're broken he has to re-deliver the products so hes double working himself. Really tired of having to file a return and reorder things. I've not been able to reach anyone on the phone about this issue to date so a public post is my option for now.
Please don't reply with please contact us via social media as I've seen to be the response in other reviews. I don't use Facebook or Twitter and talking to a real person with real solutions would be great. I don't mind if he still delivers so long as he isn't using my packages for MLB tryouts. I get it, you can hit the house...

I live in the woods and the driver is taking it to the post office and it's closed at 11:30 am,so my package goes back to the merchants and I have to order over AGAIN! This is the 3rd time!

Email says package delivered, but it was not. NOTHING ON MY VIDEO DOORBELL. You hire thieves. Can't get a live person on the 800 number. Terrible customer service.

They always putting my package at wrong house. Then have package I have to sign for and 2 other packages. The driver just throws other packages on ground and forget to give my other package that I stayed at home for. So now have to take another day off to get my other package. I always have packages broken also.
