I looked all over for a drive belt for a 2018 EZGO golf cart and decided to stop by this place. The guy asked me what the part number was I told him and he came back 5 minutes later with the part. I asked how much it was and he looked at me said I didn’t owe him anything and to have a good day. I insisted he take my money and he refused. Not many people left in this world like this fellow. For any golf cart related issues/ service or purchase I will most assuredly, without question, be returning to support his business.

Avoid this place. The lady was nice but the husband was rude as hell to my husband. Not a way to conduct business. He pretty much blow my husband off and didn’t want to proceed to work out a deal. Conversation lasted about 2 mins and he walked away from my husband. We actually found a NEW cart and traded in our old one at Baldwin Sales and Rental in Loxley, Al. Check them out before going here. They are much more professional and nicer. ?

We bought a 3 year old EZ-GO from John John in 2018. It was our first & we had a few minor problems with it, but he was more than helpful when I called. He replaced one of the batteries, which were new when we bought the cart, due to a bad terminal or post for free. He "gave" me battery cables for free & plenty of advice as to how to care for the cart. We sold our mobile home in 2021 along with the golf cart. We now live in an RV & wish we had kept the golf cart. Now we are in the market for another, & I would say I wouldn't buy from anyone else. However, checked to see what he had about 3 weeks ago, but nearly everthing he had on the lot had not been cleaned up & re-furbished, or it was someone else's waiting to be repaired.

Bought our first golf cart from them over 10 years ago. We are over an hour away but it is worth the drive. The only place I will ever buy a cart or take one to be serviced. They treat you like family.

Super easy to do business with. Held a cart for me while I was getting company check delivered. Golf Cart was used with new batteries. Looked and drove amazingly. Will purchase more for our apartment communities.

Do your homework and know what to look for unlike me. John sold me a cart with 4 year old batteries in it. Lasted less than a year. I would think when you tell someone it’s your first cart they would be honest with you. Guess not. When you call and ask questions John is rude and short with you. I’m actually surprised he’s still in business. Go elsewhere for your golf cart needs!!

One time I couldn't get my gas cart to start and I took it up there to him. We didn't even take it off the trailer and he lifted the seat and did some stuff and got it running. Tried to pay him and he said "no charge!"Amazing service and great people!

The worst customer service ever. Called to set up service work, lady bit my head off as soon as I started talking. Then she told me to call back at 5:30 ..... They close at 5. So clearly they are doing well enough to loose my companies fleet service work.
