Service was slow. The employees were nice. I did get the feeling that bringing your own tires to be installed was frowned upon. They did over torque my lug nuts. My vehicle clearly has factory aluminum wheels and the lug nuts are supposed to be torqued to 97ft-lbs. Later upon checking the torque I found it to be almost doubled the required torque. It was more near the torque required if my vehicle was equipped with factory steel wheels but still over that required torque for steel of 154ft-lbs.

Sweat Tire in Robertsdale was the Only Tire Shop that had Our Non-Typical Tire Size.

I had scheduled an appointment for 3:00 I was there until 5:20. Got the new tires and thought everything was good. Nope, Whoever changed my tires did not balance the tires and I was also missing a lug nut. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The manager John told me that this is the "real world". Keep defending poor workmanship John! You'll lose all your customers.

Like others have said, slow service. I went based on a recommendation but was severely disappointed. They said it would be around 1.5 hours so I decided to wait. At the 2-hour mark, I asked if it would be much longer and couldn't get a straight answer. At the 3-hour mark, I said I had to leave to get my daughter from daycare and they said it wouldn't be ready in time. Then they charged me road hazard without telling me, charged a tire disposal fee even though I kept my tires, and they left the valve stem caps off. Top it all off, they were also several hundred dollars more expensive than Sam's Club. I had to argue with them to get close and they still ended up being more expensive. Can't imagine why anyone would go here.

Sweat tire is extremely slow in general. the employees are not professional, they are extremely slow with no since of urgency and don’t appear to have any training. They are also unsafe. They will get finished no matter how long it takes. I will say prices are competitive. If your time is limited don’t stop at Sweats. As the ole saying is goes. Good help is hard to find.

This place is the most unprofessional tire shop I’ve ever been in. After having them mount & balance 4 tires and do an alignment the tire pressure sensors weren’t working and they said to just drive it and it would correct itself. Drove it for a week and took it back because they didn’t reset. Now they tell me all the sensors are bad and I need to buy new sensors. Kinda hard to believe. When I told them that and if they didn’t make this right since they worked fine when I dropped the truck off I would make sure to let everyone know how they do business they cussed me out and threatened to sue me. One of the guys even wanted to fight but his coworkers kept him from learning a bad lesson. Do business here at your own risk!!!

Went there today to get 2 tires replaced and the only thing I didn’t like to much was the 2 hour and 40 minutes it took but I understand because most the whole shop was full and I had just walked in which is no problem at all

Have had work done at Robertsdale store for many years. They stand behind their work and correct issues that are reasonable. My 2010 Corolla has had struts, brakes, tires, etc over the years.

Had 2 nails in my right front tire. I was heading to work in Mobile when I pulled off the road to check on my warning light noting that I had a huge bent nail in my tire. Sweat tire took care of me and I am heading to work in Mobile! Thank you all at Sweat Tire in Robertsdale, Al.!!!!

The company that I work for BCSS has been buying tires and getting front-end alignments for many years. I have also been buying from them all these years, it's a great business and all the employees that I have met all these years are good people, Courteous and knowledgeable.
