I took my Toro timemaster which I bought last year new from here in for service about 2 months ago it just let loose and crashed blades hit together so I took it and explained as usual what was needed to be fixed they took it in and had it for approximately 2 weeks I got it back things just weren't right it was a little spongy on the blade drive engagement ain't got nothing but worse finally the belt let loose and the cable broke. So before I took it in again went over the machine and look to see what happened and upon removing the cover it was still packed full of old grass the belts are reported last time that wasn't changed it was now broken the cable had no snapped so I took it in reported this they had the machine for 16 days so I got into it when I called in on a Friday young lady goes to me and we haven't even had time to look at it I was like okay hung up when I called in the 16th day to get it as a young lady answered the phone again and had words and told me to come pick the machine up which I did they hadn't even ordered the parts yet which they didn't even have the right parts to order. So now they have my machine over a month and after the first time of trying to bill me for warranty work and then tell me I didn't buy the machine there which I did it's been just been an absolute nightmare. I would be careful when going there because if it's warranty work make sure it's warrantied because I feel they're charging for warranty work and then charging the company also like Toro or Husqvarna or whatever. So in the end I ordered my parts off of Amazon got them in 2 days got the machine fixed in about 2 hours total and it's up and running and doing good and just better off doing things yourself these days because you can't rely on anybody to do a good job anymore.

I would just like to say this company is extremely customer focused and a pleasure to deal with. I bought my first Scag from them back in 2005. Several trips for different parts and accessories o er the years and not one bad experience. I have recommended other fri3nds to them too and all say it is a pleasure doing business with Robertsdale Power Equipment!!

Great shop, workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a zero turn from them and planned to pay cash and they offered their finance company with zero interest for I think 30 months. So I put a 3rd down and financed the rest. Don’t know why when I had the cash on me but it just sounded good, lol
The variety of brands is amazing for a small shop and i appreciate them for answering my questions regarding troubleshooting spice of equipment I have had trouble with.
Go and visit with them if you are looking for a price of equipment or a machine.
