Ali just happened to be working when I came back here to get my son’s car cleaned up. And I didn’t even make it passed the bug station. And I broke down. Ali and another girl working. Helped me push my car to the Walmart parking lot out of the way. I just can’t believe how nice everyone was to me. Thank you.

Unfortunately the paint on the driver’s door was damaged on my F150 during a car wash recently. The employees were very helpful and professional. Waiting to see if the damage will be fixed.

Never thought I would use it as much as I do but, I DO! Super convenient and reasonably priced. I definitely get my monies worth every month. I would certainly recommend Rich's to anyone considering as wash club. The "Bug Prep" station is super nice, the vacuum is always great and they even have an air hose for detailing. Just try it already!

Am a snowbird member for our annual stay and have
enjoyed using this car wash until today. Two weeks ago I put my rear platform hitch on my receiver. It was in the folded up position, and I've been through the wash four times since then, but was told today I couldn't go through the wash. I'm not happy with your inconsistencies at all. Make sure your Entire staff is up to date on your policies.
