I was turned away by robertsdale branch at 440pm when trying to cash a 4,000 check from progressive on a PNC account. What unless bank can't cash a check???? They said they didn't have enough cash on hand!!!!!! What a joke! Besides that they charge 2% to cash it... so that's approximately $90.00!!! I hate this bank! Im a business owner and was once asked to open a business account by them, LMAO!

Antonella at the robertsdale Alabama branch is a full-fledged witch. She is not helpful, my husband died and she doesn't care. She said I don't have any right to his account even though I am his widow. All I ask called and asked for was the routing number for the bank and the account number so that I could turn the information over to social security to stop my social security checks from going back into that account. She is such a horrible, horrible person to deal with. She refused to tell me anything about the account even though my money goes into that account every month and hung up on me

Went into this branch on August 25,2022.I worked with Sanchia it was a delightful experience.Everyone in the branch that day was so nice.I had an issue I needed help with and Sanchia had not done it before but got help and thanked me for the learning experience.I had had a horrible experience at another branch that day.What a difference a branch makes.

Bank is very mean and entire staff is mean and I will not go back to bank nor branch location again. I'm new to the area originally moved from Fort Mill SC and the staff never welcome to the area. Worst bank ever.

Their employee, Jonathan, was just very rude and unprofessional with me when they charged me 3 overdraft fees that should not be there. He didn’t help me out at all, every time I was speaking, he cut me off and tried overtalking me and then hung up on me. Really thinking about switching banks because of their employee Jonathan.

Was in the branch recently and there was a woman who had clearly crapped her pants and was not bothered by it at all. Fine, she needed to do some banking. However the manager didn't ask her to leave or anything. The entire building smelled like a septic tank while the manager offered her coffee and asked her to sit down. I'll never sit in those chairs again... or visit this place again. I can not get that smell out of my nose. While waiting I saw her visit the bathroom and can only imagine what she was doing in there. I left, and will go to the foley branch to close my accounts. I can't believe they didn't get her out. Everyone was bothered by this woman and the manager just ignored it.
