“The RAC is great! Members have 24/7 access. They have many options for cardio, weight training and plenty of heavy weights for powerlifting. The cost is very affordable. One of my favorite things about the RAC is thy I feel like everyone there is there to accomplish their own individual goals. Meaning, there are members from every level of fitness. If you’re a seasoned weightlifter or just beginning, I feel that this is a place you could do either journey comfortably.”
