Kylyn was amazing he was by himself in a Xmas rush working two registers keeping a great attitude even upselling still ! He was getting the line knocked out by himself in a fairly timely manner , all while making sure to be light hearted about the situation which made the atmosphere and mood of the waiting customers so much better than it definitely could have been !

I hate cricket!!!!! Their name should be crooked they are crooked and money hungry. They’ll put you on a $25 a week extension plan but neglect to inform you if you miss one payment by 1 minute they then make you pay $75 on top of the $25 or $50 already paid. So for a prepaid phone company with a bad signal you pay anywhere from $100 to $125. And idc if you tell them you died last night they’ll only take off $5. I’m popping a bottle of champagne the moment the go out of business. They don’t value their customers not one bit!!!!!!! I’ve never ever ever ever had to go through this with any phone company I’ve ever had. If I could I’d rate them 0 stars.

My phone number got hijacked by a hacker that was part of a Cricket Data Breach. It took 3 WEEKS to get my number back and Cricket told me to go to my local store with my IDs and my phone and they would reset my account for no charge. Girl at this store told me Customer service at Cricket lied to me and she would have to charge me and that she had no way anyway to unblock my account!!!! Now I'm on hold AGAIN and keep getting my call disconnected using a friend's phone!!! This store has been a problem in the past so I have no freaking clue who's lying to me!!! If I have to pay for THEIR PROBLEM I might as well leave Cricket completely and take my friends and family with me !!!!

Beware of the coverage and the speeds of this provider. They sell their 5G speed and when you drive away from the store you will no longer get 5G speed using data on your phone. I have seen barely 1 or 2 bars with LTE speed away from store Oh don't forget about the dead zones when talking with someone and dropped calls too. Found this during an emergency with a family member.

Doesn't know how to answer a telephone when someone is trying to call.. very disappointed to have to call numerous times for them to hang up the phone and not answer... needs better employees

If you purchased a Phone online to upgrade your account it cost one amount. If you go into the store somehow they charge you more hidden in the tax. Most people wouldn't noticed a few bucks.. but I am not one of those person. Will send the receipt to the county revenue dept to make sure those extra tax dollars are properly collected.
