I have to say that Cockrell body shop did a great service to my vehicle.. Appointment was kept on time and getting my truck repaired didn't take as long as I thought it would take...Looking for great service and smiles everywhere you look..Come visit them❤️❤️❤️

This was the absolute worst experience after a wreck I have ever had. I sent it to cockrells to have it fixed after I wrecked it. It was there for 3 weeks. I got it back. All the damage was repaired, except the fact that my brand new fog lights were hanging down dragging on the road, and the headlight they replaced is a totally different color then the one that was in it to match. Also, there was a brand new dent on the side of my truck, no where near where the damage from the wreck happened. Told them about it and it was “already there” lol Then my truck shifted bad when I got it back. So I returned it to cockrells and let them know about my problem w the shifting, and about how they just left stuff hanging down. They apologized for the fog lights not being put back in, but yet never offered to actually fix it. Then with the shifting issue, They said they could send it to sandy sansing to let them diagnose the shifting. I said, that’s perfect. Then, Sandy sansing calls me about a week later and says the truck is done and ready for pickup I would just have to pay $865 for the fuse block. Me, not being a mechanic at all, figured that was the problem with the shifting. So, I go up to sandy sansing, have to pay $865 before I can get my truck. So I pay it. Thinking everything is fixed. Then, I get in my truck and it’s the same exact way I left it at cockrellls. Still shifting funny. So I go back in sandy sansing and talk to Ted and ask him what’s going on. He tells me, that “Trey” from cockrells, sent it over because it would not crank. Seeing as how it cranked when I dropped it back off, and the shifting was the problem, I told Ted that’s not why it was suppose to be sent up here. So then, I spend numerous days trying to get ahold of “Trey”. Most days he’s out of the office I guess, but one of his ladies on the phone told me he would get with Ted and figure out what’s going on and call me back. A week later after not hearing a thing from Trey, I call up there to check the status. Only to be told that it’s basically “my fault” bc it’s “my truck” lol. Which I guess, but seeing as how I left “my truck” in the hands of cockrells to help finish the problems with my wreck, only to go and have to pay $865 for something that to my knowledge was not messed up bc when I gave it back it would crank perfectly fine. I nor anybody I know personally will not be using cockrells ever again. They don’t give a damn about the customer. They want their money and after they get that they don’t care no more.

Repairs made, not happy about car being left open in shop with dust flying. Going to have to do a deep cleaning. Website not helpful, didnt show repairs finished. Ahop had wrong contact for me, even after i personally gave it. Seams to be a small operation with subpar customer service.

CLOWNS. BROUGHT MY CAR IN TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON SOME MINOR REPAIRS AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT TOUCH MY CAR AT ALL BECAUSE IT APPEARED TO HAVE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE. TOOK THE CAR ACROSS THE STREET AND ROMEO DID ALL THE REPAIRS AT AN INCREDIBLY REASONABLE PRICE. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

This shop repaired my bumper. A 2 day process that turned into 5 days. My personal belongings inside my truck had been gone through, seat moved, radio station changed, chargers for my cell phones had been removed and my truck had mud all under the undercarriage and was not like that when it was taken into repair shop. For all these reasons I would not recommend this shop because I can not ensure anyone that your personal belongings are secure nor that your vehicle won’t be driven without your consent.
